These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the Purchase Agreement concluded between the online store provider www.ivi-store.eu as a Seller, which is SIA “Strong River” and whose legal and actual address is Prushu street 3-k3-8, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057, Reg.number: 40203283140, VAT number: LV40203283140 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Buyer, whose object is to order and purchase goods on the Seller’s e-store website.

Price and product range
  1. The prices of all goods are indicated in euros, including VAT.
  2. All products published in the online store are considered goods.
  3. Product range and prices are subject to change without notice. The product description uses the information provided by the manufacturer.
  4. The Seller is bound by the price listed on the internet shop page at the time of the purchase.
  5. All deals and discounts shall be discharged until the stock is sold unless otherwise stated for a particular product.
Execution and shipping of the order
  1. The order can be placed both as a registered and an unregistered user.
  2. When placing an order, it is necessary to indicate the name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, exact delivery address in order to be able to inform about the order execution process.
  3. If there are any problems related to the execution of the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer.
  4. The Buyer’s purchase is processed 1-2 business days from the day of ordering and shipped to the address specified by the Buyer on the next business day.
  5. The Buyer can choose the delivery with the possibility of tracking the shipment. The Buyer then receives a shipment tracking number, after which the Buyer can track his shipment.
Order editing
  1. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller may make changes to the existing order, except in cases when the order has already been packed or shipped to the Buyer’s address.
Cancelation of the order
  1. The Seller has the right to cancel the order in the case of failure to deliver the goods due to force majeure, due to the termination of its production, due to its lack on stock, or even if due to all efforts that can be reasonably demanded from him, he is not able to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the time limit determined by these general terms and conditions or in the price stated in the online store. In all these cases the Seller informs the Buyer. The Seller is obliged to provide the option of delivering replacement goods. The Buyer has the right to refuse the possibility of providing replacement goods and to withdraw from the order of the ordered goods. The Seller will refund the buyer the payment for the goods within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal/cancellation by transfer to the account specified by the Buyer.
  2. The Seller has the right to cancel the order in the case of a prior violation of the general terms and conditions by the Buyer, as the previous non-receipt of the ordered goods by the Buyer.
Transportation and packaging fee, delivery time
  1. All shipping and packing fees are posted on the Seller’s site in section Delivery.

  3. The Seller’s internet store system automatically calculates the shipping and packing cost based on the choice of transportation and payment by the customer as well as the value of the order and then displays and counts it into the total amount of the order before the purchase is completed.
  4. The Buyer’s purchase is processed 1-2 business days from the day of ordering and shipped to the address specified by the Buyer on the next business day.
  5. The Buyer can choose the delivery with the possibility of tracking the shipment. In this case, the Buyer receives a shipment tracking number, after which the Buyer can track his shipment.
  6. The Seller is not responsible if the delivery time is delayed. Unless the Seller misses the shipping times.
Compensation for a damage
  1. If the goods need to be re-delivered due to the absence of the Buyer or if the Buyer does not take the goods after the expiry of the agreed period without the prior written withdrawal from the purchase contract, the Seller shall be entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred in the amount of the actual costs of an attempt to unsuccessful delivery of the goods.
Return policy
  1. The Buyer has the opportunity to return the ordered product within 14 days after receiving it.
  2. The product cannot be returned if:
    • The Buyer himself damages the product.
    • The buyer has unpacked the goods and realised that he himself has incorrectly indicated components of the ordered product (such as t-shirt color, phone model, design, etc).
  3. If the Buyer does not comply with any of the above obligations, the withdrawal is invalid and not effective, and the Seller is not obliged to return all the demonstrable payments to the Buyer and is also entitled to reimburse the costs associated with sending the goods back to the Buyer.
